We are currently seeking a talented and organized professional to join our team as Sales Manager. This role is crucial in development of business and expansion of the team. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a group of real estate agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their continued development and success in the field. Your leadership and expertise will be key to achieving our sales targets and maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, setting clear objectives and expectations.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales techniques and achieve their targets.
- Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Foster a positive team culture and motivate team members to excel.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Exceptional knowledge of Dubais real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a sales manager/ team leader in Real Estate (Off Plan) only.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding a sales team.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
