Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
2. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
3. Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
4. Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
5. Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity, and optimum production costs.
6. Responsible for the development and execution of annual operating plans.
7. Oversees the development and supervises the execution of Capital Expenditure plans.
8. Reviews cost reports to locate excessive expenses and takes necessary corrective action.
9. Prepare short- and long-range development plans.
10. Establish goals that reflect continuous improvement in plant operations
11. Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the companys health & safety performance. 12. Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth; provide motivation and career enhancement for all employees.
