Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the role of Sales Coordinator for one of our client in Freight Forwarding Industry based in Dubai, UAE
- Getting the freight rates from Shipping lines, air lines, overseas agents
- Co-ordinating with carriers for import delivery orders, fulfil the documentation requirement of the carrier.
- Forwarding freight quotation to clients
- For Export shipments co-ordinate with customers for documents, BL drafts, co-ordinating with carriers
- Update Daily Booking report; Daily telecall reports.
- Create bookings in carrier’s website.
- Should be aware of shipping lines portals like Intraa etc.
- Co-ordinate with operations for transportation/ export declaration etc
