Staff Tittle: HOSTESS (MALE)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for guest interactions.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for welcoming and engaging with guests. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating efficiently. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate reservation and seating management. Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Familiarity with Qatari culture and dining etiquette is advantageous.
Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Your role in providing a warm welcome and managing guest reservations directly contributes to our guests’ initial impressions. The Restaurant Manager will provide guidance and support, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
