Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician with a minimum of 2 years of practice to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pediatric care, will be passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents, with a focus on fostering their overall well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine check-ups, examinations, and vaccinations for pediatric patients.
2. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and developmental issues.
3. Monitor and assess growth and development, providing guidance to parents on nutrition, safety, and wellness.
4. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, examination results, and treatment plans.
6. Communicate effectively with parents, explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and answering questions with empathy and clarity.
7. Stay informed about advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in pediatric practice.
2.Medical degree and completion of a pediatric residency program.
3.. Board certification in Pediatrics.
4. Valid MOH License and any additional certifications.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
6. Commitment to continued professional development.
