Ø Make about 100 outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database.
Ø Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective clients.
Ø Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns.
Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company database.
Ø Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager.
Ø Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Ø Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and potential customers.
Ø Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ø Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
