We’re Steelcraft, a provider of commercial kitchen equipment and industrial bakery equipment with over 16 years of experience in Design, Sourcing, Project management & Manufacturing.
We are looking for an experienced Production Draughtsman to contribute to our production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create production drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed and accurate 3D models for cutting, bending and welding.
- Capable of converting shop drawings into production drawings for kitchen equipment manufactured in the company.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes & engineering principles related to kitchen equipment.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to optimize production processes and ensure efficient assembly.
- Must be able to produce bill of materials (BOM) by analysing the shop drawings.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as Production Draughtsman, preferably with a focus on kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively convey design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
