Job Description
Supervise and ensure the safety of all pool patrons.
Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
Conduct regular pool inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons with any inquiries or concerns.
Administer first aid and CPR as needed.
Monitor pool water chemistry and make necessary adjustments.
Organize and facilitate swimming lessons and other aquatic programs.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and daily pool usage.
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current with lifeguarding techniques and certifications.
