Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies and instructional resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate interventions to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive educational program.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders through clear communication, regular feedback, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends and methodologies.
• Contribute to the extracurricular activities, school events, and initiatives to enrich the overall student experience and school community.
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters in Education or PGCE plus degree in Subject area
• Teaching certification/license from a recognized accreditation body.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in the respective subject area, preferably in an international school setting.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving academic success among students.
• Strong knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms for instructional delivery and assessment.
