Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager for Project Sales with a proven track record in the construction industry or a related field. The successful candidate will play a key role in efficiently managing sales and collections within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include:


  • Sales Management: Execute sales strategies by visiting contractors and projects, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Business Development: Identify new accounts, assess competition, and generate additional business opportunities.
  • Quotation and Deal Closure: Respond to inquiries, quote, provide necessary submittals, and ensure timely deal closure.
  • Project Records and Reporting: Maintain organized project records and report progress to superiors within specified time frames.
  • Client Engagement: Visit architects and consultants, conduct product presentations, and secure specifications in tender documents.
  • Stakeholder Meetings: Organize meetings with consultants, architects, and engineers to enhance business relationships.
  • Competitor Analysis: Track and report competitor activities in the assigned territory.
  • Accounts Management: Deliver monthly statements of accounts, reconciling outstanding balances.
  • Complaint Handling: Register and resolve customer complaints in CRM in line with company policies.
  • Mentorship: Guide new sales executives in the Projects segment, providing comprehensive training.
  • Collateral Distribution: Oversee effective distribution of marketing collaterals as per the plan.
  • Promotional Material Management: Ensure compliant distribution of gifts and promotional materials.
