· Repair or service air conditioning systems by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants to improve efficiency
· Study blueprints, design specifications, or manufacturers recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components.
· Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.
· Install auxiliary components to cooling equipment, such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues, or stokers if necessary
· Attend the customer service complaints within the specified time to ensure customer satisfaction;
· Focus on quality maintenance of AC and water cooling machine in order minimize the repeat service complaint calls from the customer;
· Perform the PDI as per the manufacturer’s standard before the delivery of water coolers;
· Report the product quality issues to the Sr. Technician/Service Engineer, if any to analyse or report to manufacturer;
· Prepares the tools, equipment required to complete each task and ensure all components are kept in orderly manner and in operational condition for next usage
· Identifies additional work, non-conformances and immediately communicate to supervisor and documents the incidences on the work order
