JOB OBJECTIVE
As a IT supervisor you will be Maintaining the ICT infrastructure like PCs, Laptops, Servers, CCTV, Network Equipment, Telecommunication Devices, etc.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Assets Management
- Assisting Purchase Department in procuring Hardware and Software with proper configuration.
- Managing and supporting Hardware and related Software, and Networking
- Managing and supporting Telecommunication Systems and other IT related
- Implementing and managing CCTV infrastructure.
- To have proper checking and back-up for all systems and software.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope;
- Any duties which have been assigned by IT Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors/Masters
- Minimum Experience : 2 years
- Candidates having valid driving licence preferred
Job Specific Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT-related issues and resolve user issues
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication Skills, both verbal and written + interpersonal skills.
- Should be team player
