Manager – Talent Acquisition Lead, META is responsible for building and executing hiring strategies that will identify and attract diverse candidates by collaborating with our broader HRBPs, as well as with hiring managers, to understand the hiring needs, priorities and critically assess talent.

Reports to: Associate Vice President Human Resources, META

Location: UAE or KSA flexible. Hub based and limited international travel will be a requirement of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and elevate the companys employment brand to a highly competitive level

  • Promote the Lilly brand on relevant channels, internally and externally, and champion the company as a preferred employer with candidates in synergy with our communication strategy

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with academic institutions and other related agencies for recruiting purposes

  • Coordinate regional MBA recruitment, in collaboration with internal partners, and develop and execute strategy to attract talent to the region (partnering with MBA schools)

  • Leverage various career fairs, campus events and network events to drive innovation and enhance engagement both across the region and with international schools

  • Partner with business owners and gather key insights to advise on recruitment strategy

  • Advertise, post, source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates leveraging on a variety of tools and methodologies

  • Administer assessment tools and translate relevant insights for the business

  • Provide reports to the HR and Leadership teams around hiring timelines, cycle time, key observations

  • Participate in the Global Talent Acquisition community and related projects

  • Implement and work to improve affiliate D&I strategy

  • Improve processes and talent acquisition governance

  • Select and manage recruiting agencies, including executive search partners

  • Be a subject matter expert in recruitment through knowledge of market data, industry best practice and possess a strong understanding of the META business.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related area

  • Experience directly supporting senior leaders across the organisation

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience for complex positions or related experience

  • Deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition industry and current practices

  • Proven ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels, analyse data, understand business needs, own interview technicality

  • Strong track record of performance, demonstrated ability to show good judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Adherence to Lilly’s values and purpose

  • Advanced English

  • Ability to work multiple subjects, prioritize and deliver all on key objectives
