Job Description

1. Front-of-House Management:

o Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

o Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

o Ensure a smooth flow of guests in the dining area.

o Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.


2. Marketing and Promotion:

o Devise and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.

o social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer reviews.

o Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events.

o Meet clients to discuss catering services and generate new business.


3. Customer Engagement:

o Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall dining experience.

o Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve service and offerings.

o Actively promote loyalty programs and special promotions to encourage repeat business.


4. Collaboration with Kitchen and Service Teams:

o Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

o Relay customer preferences and feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
