Possess strong technical knowledge & Hands-on experience in heating ventilation and airconditioning (HVAC),
Capable of estimating complete MEP works more specifically the mechanical works
Analyzing drawings and single line diagram for HVAC, plumbing, Firefighting and electricalsystems
Initiate site visit if necessary to assess the physical conditions, constraints, and any site-specific factors that may influence the estimation.
Determine possible suppliers and subcontractors for the project, Draft and distributerequests for quotes (RFQ) or requests for proposals (RFP) to these suppliers andsubcontractors, making sure to include all pertinent information about the project,specifications, and other relevant details make a schedule for responding and reviewingresponses for making sure that everyone is aware of the projects terms and conditions.
