Job Description


The Executive Secretary is responsible for the coordination of administrative communication and for executing secretarial functions for the CEO and Executive Office.


Duties & Responsibilities:


· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills.

· Experience in writing/creating and crafting professional business communications such as letters, memos, tenders documents, etc.

· Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in all day-to-day operations

· Excellent time management and organization skills, especially the ability to prioritize and multitask
