Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Russian-speaking Female Sales Manager to contribute to our sales teams success. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Russian and English, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Russian-speaking markets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services effectively.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the Russian-speaking market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
