Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key government entities, including RTA, DEWA, DM, and others, to gain inside access and insights.
Establish rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
Market Analysis: Monitor government strategies and objectives to identify areas of alignment with our business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the infrastructure sector.
Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with government entities and other stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related (Master s degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development particularly within the Dubai infrastructure sector.
Assess network of contacts within organizations like RTA, DEWA, and DM.
Strong network and relationships within government entities.
