Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing’s Enterprise advertising team within Communications Management Services (CMS) is currently seeking an Experienced Advertising Specialist (Virtual) to join our team!
This position will be responsible for leading, helping guide, developing and executing strategies and campaigns for Enterprise advertising initiatives as well as manage relationships with internal and external agencies and strategic partners.
The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of:
Advertising strategy, creative development and production
Omni-channel experience (Social, digital, broadcast, print, sponsorships, etc.)
Social media platforms for advertising initiatives
Advertising media planning, buying and optimization
Agency relationship management including contract structures
Brand strategy, positioning development and architecture management
We are seeking an experienced brand and advertising specialist to join our highly skilled and dynamic team as we continue to engage stakeholder audiences globally.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversees agency partners’ deliverables and manages creative development, production, media buying, optimization, and analyses/reports for domestic and international campaigns
Integrates digital strategies for both creative and media into overall marketing communications processes; develops and aligns success metrics for digital marketing across internal stakeholders and agency partners
Displays end-to-end ownership of Boeing’s sponsorship advertising toolkit including ad creation and optimization, fulfillment, vendor management, and overall user experience
Drives integration and coordination of paid social efforts
Works across the business units and functions (sponsorships, recruitment, media relations, employee communications, employee relations, etc.) to support an integrated marketing approach; shares and applies learnings
Manages the advertising budget and agency contracts to include monthly invoice tracking and reconciliation, ensures invoices and cost estimates track against the allotted resources (includes working with internal supplier management and cost consultants)
Supports development of the annual long-range business plan and investment level recommendations
Establishes streamlined processes and incorporates best practices
Partners with research specialist to measure campaigns and recommend actions based on findings
Ensures adherence to brand and corporate identity standards
Works in fast-paced environment, in which attention to detail and full team alignment are expected
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience developing and producing advertising assets (print, video, digital etc.)
3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills
3+ years of experience d managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with media planning and buying
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Advertising, Marketing and/or Communications
3+ years of experience in the development and production of multi-media advertising or marketing communication materials and content
Experience with world-class marketing and branding activities in a global industrial enterprise requiring strong collaboration skills
Experience with building positive relationships
Advertising Account Management experience
Agency relationship management including contract structures
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).
