Job Description:
EYE Influence Marketing LLC is actively seeking a dynamic and motivated university student to join our team as a Customer Service Intern. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to transforming the part-time employment landscape in the hospitality and entertainment industry. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company and gain hands-on experience in customer service and part-time employment management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all users.
  • Assist customers in navigating our online portal, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve user experience.
  • Utilize MS Office skills to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support the Onpoint vision of creating job opportunities for students, stay-at-home mothers, newcomers, and residents seeking part-time employment.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
