12-20 yrs in FMCG in KSA

Solid sales background to generate P&L for FMCG PRODUCT CATEGORY

Able to speak in Hindi or Tamil

RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope:

P&L Growth ,Heading Business unit .

• Execute achievement of sales target, sales forecasts, Sales budget, & monitor market activities of competition also.
• Driving sales for all channels- General Trade, Modern Trade, ECOM, Institutions & CSD

Ø Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in all key accounts within the channels.

Ø Drive adoption of marketing and sales programs among assigned key accounts.

Ø Monitors and analyses sales performance by Region / Area and institutes action plans to rectify weakness, deficits and or capitalise on business opportunities.

Ø Manages budget and ensures adherence within budget parameters.

Ø Oversees the sales administration function to ensure that this support function renders the specified requirements timeously and accurately.
