Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material, and fixtures.
- Setting up and installing tools and attachments.
- Manual programming and program editing.
- Fixtures design and modifications.
- Prove machining of new components.
Experience & Qualification:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in manufacturing of wellheads & valves (Oil & Gas) environment and 2 years of work experience in similar position
- ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or in any related discipline
- Experience on machines like: DMG125 5axis Mill-Turn, DBC130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5axis Turn-Mill, DANOBAT 5axis Turn-Mill.
