We are seeking a versatile and proactive Personal Assistant and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including content writing, WordPress proficiency, Adobe skills, social media scheduling, product listing, social media marketing, market research, customer service, logistics coordination, and proficiency in administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking and can provide comprehensive support to various functions within the organization.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Content Writing:*

- Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, maintaining consistency with the brand tone and messaging.

2. *WordPress and Adobe:*

- Manage and update the companys WordPress website.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks as needed.

3. *Social Media Scheduling and Marketing:*

- Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms.

- Execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

4. *Product Listing:*

- Oversee and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms.

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

5. *Market Research:*

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.

6. *Customer Service:*

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relations.

7. *Logistics Coordination:*

- Coordinate logistics for events, shipments, and other organizational activities.

8. *Administrative Support:*

- Assist in various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and file management.

9. *Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Calendar Management:*

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for document creation and management.

- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments and meetings.

10. *Task Coordination:*

- Coordinate tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and effective collaboration among team members.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in content writing, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management.

- Knowledge of product listing procedures on e-commerce platforms.

- Strong market research skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Experience in logistics coordination.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
