Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team and will oversee managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with area sales manager
  • Overseeing the activities and performance and development of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, appraising and facilitating the ongoing training for Sales Staff
  • Implement sales strategies to sell products.
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales.
  • Retain existing customers by providing timely deliveries.
  • Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
  • Conduct market audit and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
  • Daily market visits to identify gaps and communicate the same with the sales team.
  • Creating journey plan for routes in assigned sales areas.
