Job Description


Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property

requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.


Property Valuation / Management: Evaluate properties based on location, market conditions, and

property features to determine accurate market values and provide clients with reliable pricing

recommendations. Make periodical visits to properties to ensure that all operations and services are

running smoothly and up to our standards. Manage entire matters pertaining to properties (Support

services like- Security, Cleaning, Pest Control & Maintenance) with close co-ordination with concerned

departments. Ensure that properties have high ratio of occupancies.


Listing and Marketing: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or

rent, including creating property listings, coordinating professional photography, organizing open

houses, and utilizing various advertising channels.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular

communication and providing updates on property listings, market trends, and relevant industry

information.


Property Presentations: Prepare compelling property presentations, including detailed property

descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant marketing materials to attract potential buyers or

tenants.


Negotiation and Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate property prices and contract terms on behalf of clients,

ensuring favorable outcomes while adhering to legal and ethical standards.


Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and property laws to provide

accurate advice and recommendations to clients.


Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing support, training, and sharing industry

expertise to enhance their professional development.


Networking: Develop and maintain a strong professional network of clients, industry professionals, and

key stakeholders to generate leads and increase business opportunities.


Administrative Tasks: Oversee the paperwork, contracts, and documentation associated with property

transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Managing the leasing

department office and its staff members.
