Amzone International Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our Steel wire Fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the production processes align with quality standards, deadlines, and overall business objectives. The Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, implement best practices, and uphold the companys commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resources.
- Coordinate with different Sales department to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Quality Assurance:
- Enforce adherence to strict BS EN standards in all production processes.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage production staff to achieve production targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient production methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to enhance equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
Resource Management:
- Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Work closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating innovative practices into production processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the companys long-term production strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of BS EN standards and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and optimization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
