We required a Plastics Fabricator in local.
Qualification:
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) / ITI
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Industry:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- To carry out all plastics fabrication activities (including measure, plan, cut or mold plastics materials) to meet customer requirements precisely and quality and schedule specifications.
- To ensure that all safety procedures are followed to create quality products in a safe manner.
- To maintain accurate and complete records of all materials used, all work activities and all materials requirements.
- Collect and analyze data and plastic samples in support of quality assurance and industrial health and safety programs.
- Develop manufacturing and processing procedures and variables.
- To liaise with materials and other departments to ensure that all resources are used in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- To ensure that work is carried out in such a way that no one’s security, safety or health is put in danger.
- To ensure that the teams contribution to the production process reflects the production and quality goals of the department.
- To regularly record all documentation concerning production activities of the team in a complete and effective manner.
- Ensure adherence to company safety standards at all time.
