Job Description
Sales Manager (High End Ambassador) for a Jewellers based in UAE.
Location Dubai, UAE
Salary 18,000-20,000 AED/month + commission
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience either in Luxury, Art, Hospitality, Jewellery, or fashion-related industries
• Must be able to run the showroom independently using initiatives as required/discussed
• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
• Eye for detail and hunger to learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good PR in the local and GCC market
• Outgoing and approachable who has experience in dealing with all levels of customers (From Walk- in, Trade, and VIPs)
• University Degree - BA or MBA
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Development and Profile Management:
• Assist in developing and implementing high-end client action plans to meet business objectives
• Retain VIP clients by providing a great client experience
• Reactivate inactive customers
• Identify and improve new potential clientele
• Identify further recruitment opportunities and assist retail teams in searching for new High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)
• Identify existing collectors, VIPs, and royal family members, then recommend action plans for future development
• Establish third-party partnerships and network at HNWI events such as auctions, business aviation, art fairs, and watch exhibitions
Client Engagement and Operations:
• Improve the showroom experience, gather feedback, and introduce new products and services
• Prepare agendas, specific plans, and other customized elements for local and international events, assuring client satisfaction and financial success
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver product presentations and submissions to clients
• Assist with client appointments and function as a sales consultant to discover customer needs, expand product choices, close sales, and follow up on presentations. Provide regular feedback to the management on showroom needs, wants, initiatives, stock alerts, or specific requests
