Responsibilities:As a Content Creator at Iwa Properties, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create diverse forms of social media content including captivating text captions, visually appealing images, and attention-grabbing videos suitable for multiple platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Adhere to the established social media content calendar and publish posts consistently to maintain an active online presence.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our brands voice, goals, and strategies, ultimately maximizing engagement, reach, and sales.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of social media trends, relevant hashtags, and effective engagement strategies to drive user interaction and growth.
- Apply your proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software to produce high-quality videos that reflect our brand identity.
- Translate concepts into captivating content that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our brand message.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of popular social media platforms and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes.
- Leverage your expertise to create viral content that sparks interest and shares among the online community.
- Craft content specifically related to real estate, showcasing properties, market trends, and industry insights.
- Complete daily tasks that involve creating up to 5 videos, editing them professionally, uploading content, and conducting thorough analyses to measure content performance.
- Display a solid grasp of branding principles, ensuring all content maintains a consistent brand image and tone.
Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in crafting engaging and successful content across various social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in utilizing creative tools such as Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software to produce polished and captivating video content.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and effective use of hashtags.
- Ability to convert abstract concepts into visually appealing and compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms, algorithm dynamics, and best practices.
- Strong grasp of content creation strategies and experience with managing sales staff on platforms like Instagram, along with boosting engagement and understanding the complete social media algorithm.
- Expertise in creating viral content and tailoring content to suit different online platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with real estate content and the ability to effectively communicate property-related information.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to complete daily content creation tasks, including video production, editing, and analysis.
- A keen eye for detail and consistency to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity.
