Job Summary: Affiliate Manager

As an affiliate Manager at our gaming company, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing a team of sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities of Affiliate Manager:

1. Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with our target audience and business goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback.

4. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including tracking conversions, traffic, and revenue metrics, to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize profitability.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, payment, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.

6. Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives to motivate and incentivize affiliates.

7. Develop and implement creative and promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, to support affiliate marketing efforts.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies, and provide recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.

9. Conduct regular performance reporting and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for program optimization.

10. Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

11. Resolve any affiliate-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally, fostering a positive working relationship.

12. Oversee various operational aspects, including the payment process and maintaining a database of affiliate activities and records.
