· To plan and implement aggressive leads sales targets, and marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the company in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment.
· Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team wherever required with the highest level quality of services & products.
· Establishing market penetration in Commercial businesses in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
· Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to ensure all client requirements are addressed and develop ways to improve their experience for Interior Fit out / Joinery.
· Setting up market penetration for commercial interiors in the UAE and the larger GCC (if necessary), creating prospects through contacts, networking, and alliances.
· Track and win significant Interior Fit out/Joinery projects, responding efficiently to tenders.
· Achieve annual sales under the agreement.
· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and anticipating future legislation.
· Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
· Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
