List of Responsibility:

The Technical Solution Manager handles the following tasks according SLC Business Management System:

  • Collecting, analysing and tracking customer functional and operational requirements
  • Defining and documenting technical solution and specification
  • Defining the Disaster Recovery Plan (if applicable)
  • Dimensioning of the solution
  • Negotiating technical specification with suppliers (for external products)
  • Defining product qualification plan (for external products)
  • Managing lab and field testing (for external products)
  • Defining the solution architecture, taking into account external interfaces
  • Defining the technical scope of supply
  • Defining the configuration of the network elements
  • Managing technical changes
  • Managing technical negotiation with the customer
  • Managing all technical reviews
  • Managing the System Acceptance of the solution
  • Supporting the customer for network operation planning
  • Customer Satisfaction

Person Specifications :

  • MSc. (Telecommunication or Computer Since)
  • Min 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Telecommunication systems
  • Radio communication systems (TETRA/LTE/TETRAPOL/P25…)
  • Systems/Solution Architecture
  • Systems and Software Integration
  • Virtualisation technologies
  • IP Networks, Cyber Security, Network Management Systems, Command and Control Centre Solutions
  • Possible practice of technical support activities
  • Written and spoken English
  • Telecommunication Standards knowledge (TETRA/ETSI, 3GPP MCPTT)
  • Requirements management and Tracking
