•Collect orders data and prepare route plan manually or dynamic routing system in coordination with Warehouse & Customer service
•Route optimization with minimum resources and ensure company asset was utilized in better manner
•Initiate well in advance and co ordinatewith sales, customers and PRO to ensure all trucks and employee have valid distribution passes and permits
•Plan routes for distribution and deploy trucks & drivers
•Proper co ordination with Sales and customers to ensure on time deliveries
•Plan distribution zones and transportation routes for new customers
•Assist the Distribution Supervisor to ensure all routes follow traffic rules and regulations
•Coordinate and arrange with external suppliers / internal work shopteam for maintenance of trucks
•Coordinate all deliveries to ensure receipt PODs, Invoices, DSRs and cash deposit etc….
•Prepare daily and monthly reports related distributions & fleet KPIs
•Prepare and maintain daily reports fuel consumption ,kms run, vehicle inspection and periodical maintenance plan
