Job Description

  • Lead and manage the group clients support team, ensuring that customers receive high‐quality support, hiring, training, and motivating team members; developing and implementing performance plans; and resolving customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention for a specific group of clients, conducting customer surveys, analyzing data, and implementing changes to the support process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in group clients support management, with a focus on B2B.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience with group clients support software and tools.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, customer service, or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience in a Governmental & B2B environment
  • 5+ years
