· Work very closely with the Managing Director , and the Divisional CEO’s for formulating the Short-Medium-Longterm PRACTICAL AND IMPLEMENTABLE strategy of the Organisation.
o The Strategy will have the following elements:
§ Human Resource Strategy
§ Geographic Focus.
§ Distribution Model.
§ Product Strategy.
§ Marketing Strategy
o And Lastly ,collate the above and finalise the Divisional Financial Goals together with the Divisional CEO’s and CFO.
· Define the KEY METRICS for Tracking the Operational & Financial Outcomes.
· Create Templates & Framework for Collating & Analyzing Data .
· In case things are not going according to plan , then , engage in a self-driven process of Identifying the Root Cause , Possible Solutions , Building Consensus , and accordingly Refinement of the Strategy.
