Job Title: Student Recruiter with International and Study Abroad Experience

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Student Recruiter with International and Study Abroad Experience. The Student Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential students who are interested in studying abroad, promoting the colleges educational programs to international students, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the international education community. The Student Recruiter will work closely with academic advisors, admission officers, and other departments to develop recruitment strategies and execute them effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment and admissions in higher education.
• Study Abroad Experience
• Experience working with International Agents.
• Experience in managing international student recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Experience living or studying abroad is preferred.
• Fluency in more than one language is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
