Job Description:
As an Elevator Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our elevator products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to define sales goals and strategies.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in construction, real estate, and property development sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our elevator solutions.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client needs and requirements.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are presented to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
- Close sales deals and ensure timely and successful project implementation.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support as needed.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the elevator or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of elevator technology and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Ajman market and relevant industry contacts is a plus.
