Job Description:

As an Elevator Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our elevator products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to define sales goals and strategies.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in construction, real estate, and property development sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our elevator solutions.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are presented to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
  • Close sales deals and ensure timely and successful project implementation.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of elevator technology and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Ajman market and relevant industry contacts is a plus.
