Job Description

· Manage executives calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.

· Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

· Maintain and organize executives files and records.

· Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, and take appropriate action.

· Manage and maintain executives contacts and address book.

· Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives as assigned.

· Assist with event planning and coordination.

Provide general administrative support to the executive as needed.
