Job Description

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a positive and welcoming impression. The role involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to various departments within Gulf Education.


  1. Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  2. Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about Gulf Education services. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and filing. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  4. Communication Handling: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Coordinate courier services and manage outgoing mail.
  5. Office Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  6. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive image for Gulf Education.
