Job Summary:
  • Coordinate and communicate with Clients on Project Quality issues.
  • Apply, execute, and maintain the requirements of the Management System standards.
  • Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan.
  • Ensure that the Project meets international standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Compiles the existing working instructions and development of Quality, Environmental, OHSMS, and system procedures in accordance with ISO requirements and API specification Q1.
  • Prepares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases.
  • Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
  • Supports the QA/QC Manager in dealing with the Client for all the Quality matters.
  • Supports the Welding and non-destructive Testing activities and Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding.
  • Responsible for production raw material testing and other related testing and ensuring testing is in compliance to internationally accepted guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, operations management, or similar.
  • 8-10 years’ experience as a Quality Controller or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in Quality Control practices: Welding requirements, procedures (WPS & WPQR), NDT requirements, classification society & international standards.
  • Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents, and project specifications.
