Job Opportunity: Factory Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out, Exhibition Stands, POS DisplaysJob Description: Implement the best practices to improve operational management systems and processes. Prepare production reports (Actual VS Plan) and provide solutions to speed up the process. Control and monitor the manpower productivity. Help the organization’s processes in ISO Certifications. Manage & take responsibility of all aspects of the production steps for each Job Order. Generate component breakdown list for each project. Use component list to generate process flow for each project. Monitor the process to ensure it is efficient. Be custodian of 6s methodology. Ensure the Health & Safety Environment of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements to current policies. Create a project filing system that includes technical drawings, JO, BOQ, BOM, & Cut files. Work with the ERP partner to upgrade the current system into accommodating project management & production needs & processes. Work with HR or QCQA departments for issuing permits with Government authorities whenever required. Operate and participate in technical discussion (Project Kickoff Meeting). Ensure that MPS in updated by all sections at least once daily. Ensure that the machine efficiency report is captured daily for all factory machines, by monitoring actual production.Requirements:  Proven experience as a Factory Project Manager in the field of interior fit-out, exhibition stands, and POS displays. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Qualifications- Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil or Engineering.- Computer skills in Autocad, MS Office, MS Windows.- Minimum 5 years in the same field.- Management skills, Commitment, Initiative, Honest and Reliable.Application Process: If you are a results-oriented Factory Project Manager with expertise in interior fit-out, exhibition stands, and POS displays, we invite you to apply.
