We are currently seeking a skilled and responsible Male Home Care Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and deliver top-notch care with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments of patients health and vital signs.
- Monitor and document patient progress, administering prescribed medications as needed.
- Provide wound care, check for bed sores, and perform other necessary medical procedures.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians to assess and adjust patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing various patient needs and conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients.
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality healthcare services.
- Fluent in Arabic speaking
- Ability to assess and respond to changing patient needs.
