We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Property Consultants to join our growing team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, whether buying, selling, or investing. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, conducting property assessments, and facilitating successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information on features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate goals.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Negotiate favorable deals and ensure smooth transactions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Utilize effective marketing strategies to showcase available properties.
Qualifications:
Freshers can apply but Proven experience as a Property Consultant is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
