They are expanding, and we want you to be their Junior Sous Chef. If you have 5 to 7+ years of experience (3 to 4+ Years of UAE/GCC Experience), then apply now.

💼 What Youll Do:

• As the "Third-in-command" of the kitchen, the Junior Sous Chef plays a pivotal role, collaborating with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in supervising preparation, maintaining food quality, overseeing production, and managing costs.
• Delegate tasks to kitchen personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Extend assistance to junior staff, ensuring the seamless operation of the kitchen.
• Demonstrate familiarity with administrative duties, such as ordering, inventory management, training, and scheduling.

• Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven expertise in a similar role or as a lead line cook.
• Showcase strong leadership and communication skills, contributing to a harmonious kitchen team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with kitchen administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory management.
• Embrace a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation regulations.
