They are expanding, and we want you to be their Sous Chef. If you have 6 to 8+ years of experience (3 to 4+ Years of UAE/GCC Experience), then apply now.

💼 What Youll Do:

• Manage the kitchen preparation process, collaborating closely with the executive chef.
• Oversee and inspire the kitchen staff to culinary excellence.
• Play a key role in menu planning, inventory management, and supply coordination.
• Infuse your suggestions and creative ideas to elevate the sections performance.
• Schedule staff shifts for optimal efficiency.
• Be the problem-solving maestro, taking control of issues in the kitchen.
• Ensure the daily operations flow seamlessly in the section.

• Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven track record as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
