Job Description We at is urgently hiring an Executive Assistant, female candidate with solid work experience in EA/PA functions in UAE. This position is based in JAFZA, Dubai, and the candidate has to work in a manufacturing set up.
Requirements (MUST have):( If you are NOT experienced in UAE market, kindly excuse us, we might not be able to proceed with your application)
Experience level: Must have 5-6 years (maximum) experience as an EA/PA to the c-level suite (CEO/CFO level)-UAE experience is mandatory!
- Managing business travel & hotel arrangements (Outbound) of the executives;
- Event calendar tracking, business meeting scheduling, expense management, etc;
- Mail , call, Visitor , Office management of the executives.
- Should be able to work under strict deadlines and must possess excellent time management skills;
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, preferably administration area
Languages: Flawless English + fluent in any other languages such as (Italian/ French /spanish/ polish/ german /Afrikaans/etc)
Gender: Female candidates from EU region preferred due to demographic visa quota
Age: upto 40 years due to seniority/ experience level of this position
Salary: In the range of 15,000/-(can be discussed with the right fit)+ other standard benefits as per the UAE labor law.
