We are currently looking to hire a highly qualified and motivated Spa Manager to manage one or more of our locations. At the highest level, you will be responsible for taking full P&L ownership of the location(s) under your management, and maximizing customer satisfaction, employee wellbeing, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the sales of your location.
· Work with training department to coordinate training of staff.
· Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly, and effective remedial action (e.g. coaching, training, treatment resolution) is taken to manage customer relations and staff performance.
· Maintain cleanliness of spas/salons by managing cleaning schedules and performance
· Conduct trainings for new staff as well as refresher and new skill training for all.
· Ensure excellent delivery of training programs as per SOPs.
· Conduct assessments of technicians and salon staff, to identify and address skills gaps. Maintain & organize records for future reference.
