We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of off-plan property sales in the Dubai market.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with our top-tier UAE developer partners during the planning phase.
- Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Keeping abreast of Dubais real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of off-plan projects.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with our clients.
- Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the teams performance and metrics.
Role Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales Leadership role or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of divisional management
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with the UAEs real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
