Construction Disputes Resolution Lawyer - Doha & Dubai
One of our clients Top Tier International Law firm is recruiting for a Construction Disputes Lawyer with 4yrs + PQE.
The role will involve working as part of a team most likely engaged on substantial litigation and international arbitration disputes. The successful candidate would ideally be from a specialist construction disputes background, although candidates from a commercial litigation background may also be considered.
The candidate should be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
Court litigation experience is a must, which includes appearing before court-appointed experts. . You will have experience of drafting and with the ability to support English language arbitration cases with civil law advice.
