· Support in recruitment and onboarding of UAE Nationals as per company’s requirements.
· Identify Emirati talent and salary benchmarking.
· Organize UAE National recruitment days / career fairs and open days.
· Coordinate interview of Emirati candidates.
· Primary focal point for existing UAE Nationals as part of Employee relations.
· Ensure employee satisfaction (UAE Nationals) and retention.
· Stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Attend meetings with NAFIS Account Manager on periodic intervals.
· Ensure legal compliance and documentation of employees.
· Employee Grievance handling.
· Building relationship with universities for Emirati recruitment.
· Support Emirati Cadres for Pension and NAFIS registration.
